Sensors Measure Levels
Ultrasonic sensors on sump and OHT continuously report water level (0–100%) every 5 seconds.

Controller Decides
If OHT < low setpoint AND sump > safe level → pump ON. If OHT full OR sump too low → pump OFF.

Pump Operates
Direct relay (up to 3HP) or contactor signal (3HP+) operates the pump. No manual intervention.

Dual-Tank Level Sensing
Ultrasonic sensors on both sump and OHT monitor water level 0–100% continuously. No float switches to fail.
Auto Pump Control
Pump starts when sump level is adequate and OHT is below setpoint. Stops when OHT is full or sump runs dry. Fully automatic.
Dry-Run Protection
Detects low sump level and stops pump immediately. Prevents motor burnout. Auto-restart when water returns.
4G + WiFi Mobile App
Monitor both tank levels and pump status from anywhere. Android & iOS app with live dashboard.
SMS + Push Alerts
Instant alerts for dry run, overflow, pump fault, power failure. Configure alert numbers and thresholds.
OTA Firmware Update
Logic updates pushed remotely. Change setpoints, timing, alarm levels without visiting the site.
Motor Temperature Monitoring
Optional PT100 sensor on motor detects overheating. Trips pump before motor damage occurs.
Manual Override
